Pawluxhome Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags, boxes, and protective wraps). Products that show signs of wear, dirt, pet hair, or damage from misuse will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened pet bedding inserts, cushions, or plush fillings
- Used pet grooming accessories
- Customized or personalized pet products
- Clearance/sale items (marked as final sale)
2. Refund Process
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@pawluxhome.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return in your email.
- Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 24-48 business hours.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided.
Refund Timeline & Method
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.) within 7-10 business days. Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, damaged goods upon arrival).
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund, free replacement, or exchange at no extra charge to you.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake.
